A: Candles, Wax Melts and Gift Boxes are shipped within 3 business days.  All other products are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may take up to 45 Days. This allows for the newest products to be available as soon as they are manufactured and at the lowest price.  More Info

Q: What is the wax used in the candles?

A: 100% Natural Soy.


Q: Do the candle wicks contain metal?

A: No, the wicks are braided cotton and paper.


Q: Do the candles contain synthetic chemical fragrances?

A: All scents are Phthalate-free




  • Q: Will the receipt be in the box?
  • A: No, the only receipt will be emailed to you upon ordering.


  • Q: What if the gift was sent to the wrong address?
  • A:
    • If the gift is returned to us undeliverable or wrong address, we will contact you for re-shipping instructions with a $15 reshipping fee or a refund of the cost of the item minus a restocking fee of $12.00.
    • If the box is lost by the postal service with the shipping label marked as undelivered, we will send out a new gift at no cost.
    • If the box was delivered to the address you provided and you discovered it was incorrect and the box is not returned to us, we cannot issue another box without payment for a new box.


  • Q: Can I choose different ribbon or box colors?
  • A: At this time, we only stock the colors that are displayed in the pictures.


  • Q: Can I swap out any items in the box?
  • A: Please email us with your request and we can quote a custom box price for you.


  • Q: Are gift boxes assembled?
  • A: All gift boxes are ready to be shipped and ready to be opened by the recipient, no assembly required.


  • Q: Can I pick the delivery date?
  • A: At this time, we do not offer this option, however we will work with you on arranging shipping close to your desired date.  Please send us an email with your requested date.
