I'm a proud veteran, mother of four grown children, grandmother, lifelong mystery lover, horror fan, enthusiastic shopper, and — according to my cats — their full-time employee.
GreyDoor Goods grew out of something I've always loved: finding things that make people say, “Where did you get that?”
But finding unusual things is only part of the story.
I've spent years planning and hosting events — from murder mysteries and themed parties to games, competitions, holiday gatherings, and events with a frankly unreasonable number of moving pieces. Along the way, I've learned what makes a party work, what guests actually enjoy, what hosts tend to forget, and just how much happens behind the scenes before anyone walks through the door.
GreyDoor began as a place to share the things I discovered along the way: mysteries, curious gifts, party-worthy finds, dark humor, and the occasional thing that serves absolutely no purpose beyond making life more interesting.
And eventually, all that experience planning parties became something bigger: GreyDoor Events.
So whether you're here looking for something unusual or planning a room full of people, you're in familiar territory. I've probably made a list for it.

We love bringing people together, too.
Games, puzzles, murder mysteries, ridiculous competitions, holiday gatherings and parties that get a little out of hand have always been part of life behind the GreyDoor.
Eventually, we realized we weren't just collecting interesting things. We were creating experiences around them.
That's how GreyDoor Events came to be — a place to plan the gathering, organize all the moving pieces, and make hosting something you can actually enjoy.
Because the best discoveries aren't always things. Sometimes they're stories, experiences, and people.
